How this site handles your information

The site keeps a simple first-party record of how pages are used: which pages were viewed, which buttons were clicked, which checklist was opened, and which campaign link or referring site brought a visit in. That is stored in Raja's own database, not with an advertising network.

To connect those actions into one visit, your browser stores two random identifiers — one for the current session, one for the browser. They are random values. They contain no name, no email address and nothing derived from your device.

Deliberately not done:

• No browser or device fingerprinting.
• No storing of raw IP addresses for marketing.
• No third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
• No attempt to identify individual anonymous visitors.
• No purchase of visitor identity data from any vendor.

Anonymous activity is only ever connected to a person after you voluntarily submit a form — a question, a Decision Brief subscription, or a checklist request. Before that, there is no name attached to anything and no way to attach one.

The contact form has three paths. Required fields are marked in the form and vary by request: freight and consulting enquiries need company and shipment or project details as well as your name and work email. A phone number is optional.

Shipment (freight) enquiries:

• Company and your role.
• Commodity, origin, destination and the date the cargo has to be there.
• Packed dimensions and weight, freight mode, and the bottleneck as you see it.
• How soon the cargo moves (ready now, within 30 days, or planning ahead).
• A phone number — optional, only if you would rather be called than emailed.

Paid consulting enquiries:

• The decision type, the date it has to be settled by, and a short scope summary.
• Which records you already hold, described by you.

General questions:

• The question itself, plus company and role if you choose to give them.

Every submission also records which inquiry type you chose and, for freight, how urgent the move is. Those values help Raja route, prioritize and respond to the enquiry you requested.

• Reads it personally and replies about the shipment, project or question you raised.
• Follows up on that same request — not on unrelated services.
• Records the enquiry internally with an owner and a next step so it does not get lost.
• Sends the Logistics Decision Brief only if you separately ticked that opt-in box. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you.
• Publishes nothing you sent as a public answer page unless you give explicit permission first, and anonymizes it if you do.

Contacting Raja does not put you into an automated email sequence, drip campaign or outbound prospecting list. Downloading a checklist does not either. Personal information from this site is never sold and never shared for anyone else's marketing.

Submitted enquiries get a simple, fixed interest score so Raja knows what to read first. There is no black-box scoring — these are the entire set of signals and their weights:

Personal information from this site is never sold and never shared for anyone else's marketing. It is held only as long as it is useful for answering you and for understanding which topics matter, and it is deleted on request.

Ask and your details will be corrected or deleted — write to Raja through the contact page. You can also block the analytics entirely with any content blocker, or browse in a private window; nothing on the public site is withheld if you do.

No advertising or cross-site cookies are used. The two random identifiers described above live in your browser's own storage and are removed when you clear site data.
